Champagne Socialists - Blue Genes From the group's debut 7", this ramshackle little pop number is totally addicting and an exciting sign of things to come from this promising new band.

New Young Pony Club - Dress A kicking new cover of an old PJ Harvey single. Can't wait for more newness from NYPC.

Cold Cave - Love Comes Close Amazing track from this cool Philly band that makes me want to dance around in an icebox.

Bleech - Is It True That Boys Don't Cry? A great big britpop anthem waiting to happen by this new band that reminds me a bit of Elastica and Echobelly.

The Breakaways - That's How It Goes Ultra-infectious lost girl group gem from the early 60s. It's so not hard for me to listen to this 5 times in a row. Sing along!
