iTunes Shuffle Gems Vol.3

It's that time again for another edition of "what's on rotation on my iTunes". My chance to shoot the shit about absolutely nothing and--more importantly--share with others the bands I think they should check out and/or nostalgic tracks you may have forgotten about (as I so often do and am so often reminded by the shuffle functionality on my iTunes!).
